How does automatic price reversion work?
DiscountPal saves your original prices when a campaign starts and restores them — along with any changed tags — when the campaign ends. You can also trigger a revert manually with one click at any time.
How it works
- When a campaign starts, DiscountPal records each product's current price and compare-at price.
- During the campaign, the sale price is shown alongside the original full price struck through.
- When the campaign ends — on schedule or manually — every price and tag reverts to exactly what it was before.
What if I change a price during a campaign?
When the campaign ends, prices revert to what they were when it started. Need to change a base price mid-sale? Revert the campaign, update the price, and relaunch. Alternately, wait until the sale is finished to update any original base pricing.
How long does reversion take?
Small campaigns revert almost immediately; very large ones take a few minutes to roll out across every product.
