Product selection and filters
DiscountPal lets you include or exclude products by tag, collection, vendor, and product type — or select individual products down to the variant. Combine filters for precise selections.
DiscountPal gives you precise control over which products go on sale.
Available filters
- Tag — include or exclude products carrying specific tags.
- Collection — target one or more collections.
- Vendor — discount a specific brand's products.
- Product type — e.g. all "Mens".
- Individual selection — hand-pick products, down to specific variants.
Combining filters
Filters can be combined for precise selections — for example, everything in tagged "Summer" except products tagged "new-arrival". You can also add separate product groups to a single campaign, each with its own filtering rules. There are some limitations on which fields can be combined due to the Shopify platform, these are noted in the app.
Discount base options
Apply the discount to the current selling price, the original RRP, or full-price items only — which skips already-reduced products so nothing gets double-discounted.
